ItemPurchase

Terms of Service

Version 2026-11

1. What ItemPurchase is

ItemPurchase lets you open an online store, list products, take orders and manage them. These terms are an agreement between you (the store owner) and ItemPurchase.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the staff you add.

3. Your store and your customers

You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, shipping, taxes, refunds and for obeying the laws that apply to your business. You are the one who sells to your customers; ItemPurchase only provides the tools. When your customers pay you directly, for example by e-transfer, cash or a chat on WhatsApp, that is between you and them.

4. What you may not sell

Illegal goods, counterfeit goods, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything that is harmful or fraudulent. We may remove products or close stores that break these rules.

5. Payments

When a store turns on card payments, they are handled by Stripe and go to the store's own Stripe account. Stripe's terms apply to those payments. Plan fees, when they apply, are charged monthly after the free trial.

6. Free trial and plans

You can try ItemPurchase free for the trial period without a card. After the trial you need a plan to keep your store open. You can cancel at any time; your store closes at the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Your data

Your products, orders and customer details belong to you. We use them only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep ItemPurchase running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will tell you and ask you to agree again where the change matters.
