What we collect
For store owners: your name, email, store details, and the products and orders you manage. For shoppers: the name, email, phone, delivery address and order history they give a store. For deliveries: the photo a store takes as proof of delivery.
How we use it
To run the service: sign you in, show your store, process orders, send emails such as order confirmations and password links, and keep the service safe. We keep a text copy of the emails a store sends, so the store can check what its customers received.
Whose data is whose
A store's customers belong to that store. Shopper details are never shared with other stores. The public "Popular right now" list on our home page shows only a product, its price and the store's name, never customer details. Stores can opt out of that list in their settings.
Payments and messages
Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach our servers. If a shopper chooses to message a store on WhatsApp, that message goes through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember a shopper's cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can edit your details in your account, and ask us to delete your data by contacting us. Store owners can close their store at any time.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, links in emails expire, delivery photos are private, and each store's data is kept separate from every other store's.
